Continuing the Collective Reflection on the Legacy of the CEP the afternoon of the SOSI Summer School was devoted to a collective effort to prepare for a conference scheduled for the first semester of 2027, focusing on the connections between first and second contact, from Cook and Tupaia to Thiry and Teariki.Building on the discussions held within the Observatory, this session helped identify several avenues for reflection, clarify certain research areas, and outline the framework for a future call for papers.
