About me:
I am an interdisciplinary researcher and writer from Kolkata, India. I am a Human Geographer by training, with a Master of Science degree in Urban and Economic Geography from Utrecht University, The Netherlands. My research so far spans topics and geographies with a focus on climate adaptation in various parts of India, as well as critical urbanism in the Netherlands. My professional interests lie in the nexus of climate justice and decoloniality. On the personal front, I am passionate about food, fashion and politics.
My Research:
As a doctoral researcher under Prof Eray Çaylı, I am working within the ambit of the project, “Extreme Adaptation to Climate Change”. This research project is embedded in the Cluster of Excellence “Climate, Climatic Change, and Society” (CLICCS).
