ICSS Master's Student Impresses at International Conference

Varuna Deopersad successfully presented her interdisciplinary Master's thesis entitled “Estimating detectability of phosphine (PH3) in the Venusian atmosphere using spectral modeling” at the internationally renowned UNIQUE2024 conference in Copenhagen. It was supervised in the M.Sc. Integrated Climate System Sciences by Prof. Lars Kutzbach (Institute of Soil Science) and Prof. Dr. Peter Hauschildt (Hamburg Observatory, Department of Physics).
