At the start of the season, Evan Wilcox and David Holl from the “Soils in the Climate System” working group successfully installed the eddy-covariance-system as a permanent measurement system including a 1 kW solar array as a CLICCS A1 project on Disko Island, Greenland. The primary aim is to measure the land-atmosphere exchange of CO2 - at least until 2028.
