We conduct economic geographic research, which deals with the material structures and symbolic constructions of the global economy and their interactions with local contexts. We are interested in how, where and by whom global processes are shaped and who emerges as winners and losers. We draw on political-economic and cultural-economic approaches. Thematically, we focus on financial geography, housing studiesand the geographies of higher education.
