Lecture at the "Nissenhütte," the old locomotive shed
On May 29, at the invitation of the Arbeitsgemeinschaft Torfbahn Himmelmoor e. V., Dr. David Holl gave a lecture at the Nissenhütte on the role of peatlands in the climate system. In Himmelmoor, the working group "Soils in the Climate System" has been investigating for many years to what extent the restoration of peatlands contributes to climate protection.
