Safety Training
For the Department of Earth System Sciences, a new online security training course via MIN-Moodle is now available.
Participation in the safety training is mandatory for all employees of our Department. At the end of the course, a short test will be used to check whether the most important content has been understood.
The course, “General Safety Briefing Department Earth System Sciences” is available in both German and English and takes approximately 40 minutes to complete. If needed, the course can be completed at an accelerated pace.
The training covers the following topics:
- General safety instructions
- Sexual boundary violations
- Code of conduct for fieldwork
Upon successful completion of the course and passing the test, you will receive a certificate. The safety training must be repeated annually, and the certificate is valid for one year.
