IT support for Haus der Erde
HdE-IT - formerly known as CEN-IT - is the central IT service provider for the Haus der Erde. In addition to the basic IT services of the RRZ, such as network and email, HdE-IT provides members of supported groups with hardware and software. It handles the procurement, operation and repairs of PCs and servers and operates a central help desk.
