Visiting Scholars

We are pleased to welcome guests for a temporary academic stay with us. To prepare for their arrival, we kindly ask you to submit the following documents in advance:

- Completed Guest Residency Checklist
- Guest Agreement signed by the guest

Please submit both documents digitally via the department's email inbox (fachbereich.geo@uni-hamburg.de). Only complete submissions will ensure a prompt processing.

Important Information

Detailed information about guest residency can be found in the KUS portal.
It is the responsibility of the professor who extends the invitation to ensure that a guest agreement is in place.
