The Doctoral Committee of the Department Earth Sciences meets regularly every second month.

Applications or requests for the Doctoral Committee must be handed in at the Academic Services Office the latest by the deadlines given below.

Please consider in regards to time management (more under +time management in the final stretch -coming soon) that the date of your oral defense must be within the timeframe of your admission. You will have to organise the defense date by yourself and will find more information on the website under +Disputation... Please follow the information and hand in the form latest (!) two weeks prior to the date of your oral defense and earliest after the commission graded your dissertation. You will be notified via docata. To extend your admission period please use this application.

Meetings of the Doctoral Committee board are closed to the public and all members have the duty to keep confidential.
