The HdE Helpdesk is your primary point of contact for IT-related issues or questions.
Many questions are already answered on our websites:

- For more specific issues please consult our FAQ.
- If you can't find a solution you can send us a message (Request)
- If you got questions regarding procurement of hardware/software, please consult your masteruser. Master users are responsible, among other things, for coordinating procurement between the respective working group and HdE-IT
